Hmmm, this sounds delicious! I have rediscovered zucchini recently, much to my delight! What could I do instead of putting the whole frypan into the oven as mine can’t do that sort of magic.. could I gently put it on a plate then in the oven or would that make some deliciousness disappear?

I thought I’d try these meatballs out prior to our little boy’s arrival. He’s nearly 2 and I think he’ll love these meatballs! They went down a treat with us grown-ups too. Thanks Andrea – and Isabel!

I’ve made something like this; only I use onion and green pepper, plus a tomato.

However, I think your recipe with cream cheese sounds even better!

It’s a revolution (or a return to food) that has to be started by those of us who provide meals for the people that we care about. It’s not always easy but we have to try!

I’ll keep spreading the word even if nobody is listening, so it’s good to hear somebody is.

This is beautifully and succintly put. If only more people ‘got it’ about food. I always laugh when I watch food being advertised on tv. Any food that needs to be advertised must have something seriously wrong with it! Keep up the good work of spreading the word.
