Teriyaki Chicken Nuggets

I’ve often wondered which part of the chicken is the nugget, just as I’m pretty sure fish don’t have fingers!  However, children often enjoy the texture of more finely chopped meat so here is my take on the nugget…… 

Ingredients
1 boneless and skinless chicken thigh (makes 6 nuggets)
