This isn’t really a recipe but an idea for an easy dessert with fruit. I take some compounded chocolate, approx. 50 gms per child and melt in the microwave on the defrost setting for 3-4 minutes. After each minute of heating I stop and check on the chocolate and as soon as the chocolate can be stirred it is done. I then serve the chocolate with a selection of fruit and some marshmallows.

Hmmmm, can grown-ups eat this too?!! I think I might try this for my Son-shine’s birthday this coming week – 7-year olds will love it! Thanks… will let you know how it goes.
And thanks for educating me on the varieties of pumpkins.. I think I will try your pumpkin soup too.
